When you live in Los Angeles, CA, it is such a treat to be able to squeeze in a beach walk from time to time.
And so rejuvenating.
I am in LA a few months a year, and definitely go listen to the Pacific Ocean sound as often as I can. I get inspired by the colors, the light, the textures - then I search for it again in furniture and furnishings while designing interiors.
The sandpipers are fascinating to watch - running so quickly in coordination with the waves while feeding.
